I choose this day and everyday to worship God alone. No other idol or thing in this life is better than Jesus. I choose to turn my eyes, ears, and mouth away from the culture of this world and towards the culture of the Kingdom of God. I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. I trust you, Lord, to be my hiding place. I will choose to continue to dwell in the secret place of the Most High God and in His shadow I will be hidden from the evils of this world. I’m in the world, but I’m not a part of the world. Instead, I host the presence and glory of God wherever I go. Darkness bows down before me as I carry Jesus into everywhere I go. God goes before me and He is my rear guard. I have no reason to fear. God walks with me everywhere I go.
