What you’ll learn?

You will develop a mission and vision statement that will effectively communicate your purpose and calling from the Lord.
Define Your Purpose: Identify the core purpose of your ministry. What need are you addressing?
Articulate Your Vision: Describe what success looks like in the long term. Picture the impact you wish to have.
Create a Mission Statement: Craft a concise statement that reflects your mission and vision. This should communicate your purpose clearly.

You will have tools to help manage your personal and ministry finances. Learn strategies to organize, report, and stay in compliance with government regulations.
Create a Budget: Outline your funding needs and anticipated expenses. Make sure to include both fixed and variable costs.
Set Up Transparent Accounting: Utilize accounting software or hire an accountant familiar with nonprofit finances. Keep detailed records of income and expenditures.
Develop Policies: Establish financial policies regarding donations, reimbursements, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.

Communication methods are key in developing divine partnerships. We will discuss 7 communication methods to help you maximize your reach and reporting.
Write a Narrative: Create a detailed document explaining your mission and vision. Include the story behind your calling and the specific steps you plan to take.
Utilize Various Platforms: Share your mission through social media, a website, and community events. Make it accessible to your target audience.
Engage Your Audience: Foster community involvement through workshops, informational meetings, or online seminars to discuss your mission.

We will teaching the art of Namestorming and you will come out with a list of potential partners, as well as the beauty of referrals.
Network: Connect with local churches, community leaders, and potential donors. Attend events and share your mission to expand your circle.
Communicate Your Needs: Clearly articulate how partnerships can support your mission, whether through funding, resources, or volunteers.
Create a Partnership Plan: Outline the ways in which partners can get involved and the specific benefits for both parties.

This is the final step in developing divine partnerships. We will teach you very intentional communication strategies that will lead to a decision the moment your ask.
Create a Launch Timeline: Develop a step-by-step timeline for launching your ministry or trip. Include key milestones to track progress.
Engage Volunteers: Recruit individuals who share your vision and can bring diverse skills to your initiative.
Evaluate and Adjust: After launching, regularly assess your mission's impact and be open to making adjustments to better achieve your goals.
By following these foundational steps, you can effectively set up your ministry, mission trip, or 501c3 and foster a supportive network that aligns with your vision.

Mark 16:15 says, He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” Our goal at Jireh Nation is to educate and equip you for the call of His heart , which is to fulfill Mark 16:15.
The cost of this training is, $16.15 USD each month until you complete the training. You may cancel at any time. All proceeds go to missions.
