Home Inventory

Woooohoooo…… Luke 15:10 says that angels are partying in heaven right now because you just made a choice to receive Jesus as your Savior.

Please contact us and let us know if you just prayed that prayer. We want to help you get connected to a local church, get water baptized. If you have a bible, start reading it today beginning in the book of John.

Before we start the Home Inventory Journey…..

It’s IMPORTANT to remember that YOU MUST have a relationship with God, through Jesus Christ, before you begin this Personal Spiritual Inventory journey. Truth, Life, Freedom, and Healing come only from Jehovah Rapha, God our Healer, through His son, Jesus Christ.

WARNING: PLEASE DO NOT continue unless you make this decision. If you choose to take this journey without Jesus as your Savior, then your life will get worse, not better.

Now, if you have not asked Jesus to become Lord and Savior of your life - the TIME IS NOW!

Make Him Your Lord + Savior

There are two things you need to do to receive Jesus as your Savior.

  1. Believe Jesus is the Son of God who walked the earth as a sinless man. Jesus died on the cross for our sins, was buried, and rose from the grave three days later. Jesus is alive today so that we can be reconcile to Father God, the one who created us in our mother’s womb.

  2. Repent of our sins. We have all sinned. We were born into this world a sinner (Romans 3:23). To repent means to turn away from your sins (lying, cheating, adultery, gossip, addictions to food, sex, alcohol, porn, drugs, etc.) and turn to Jesus.

If you are ready to do these two things, pray this prayer out loud with me,

“God, thank you for sending your son, Jesus, to die on the cross for my sins, be buried, and raising Him to life again, so I can have a relationship with you. I believe you are who you say you are. I repent from my sins (say the sins out loud here) and I choose to walk away from that lifestyle. Forgive me of my sins now. Holy Spirit come make me new, in Jesus name.”

Home Inventory

PREFACE

Dear brothers and sisters, if you have not yet completed the Personal Spiritual Inventory, I encourage you in the love of Christ to begin there first. Just as a careful homeowner takes inventory to protect their house, so too must we examine our spiritual homes.

Many times, I receive calls from people who sense a heavy, unsettling presence in their homes—perhaps a strange feeling, an unexplainable sight, a mysterious smell, or restless nights filled with fear. Beloved, if fear has taken root in your home, know this: there is a spirit at work.

The Word reminds us in 2 Timothy 1:7 that “God has not given us a spirit of fear.” Fear itself is a spirit, and it does not belong in the homes of God’s children.

Jesus declared in John 8:12, “I am the light of the world; whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” If you find darkness lingering in your home, know that it is time for a spiritual check-up—a moment to take inventory and invite the light of Christ to shine brightly.

I lovingly urge you to complete the Personal Spiritual Inventory before moving forward. It is vital to ensure that every door in your personal life—especially those that might allow entry to unwelcomed spirits—is firmly closed. This responsibility falls first and foremost to the head of the household.

Remember, Satan has no authority in a life filled with the Holy Spirit—unless we give him an opening. But doors that are opened can be closed. If you are facing spiritual oppression, our task is simple: find the open door and shut it securely.

This list I share with you is not exhaustive, but these are common doors I’ve encountered in my prayers for God’s people and their homes. As you read through them, ask the Lord to reveal any that might be open in your life. Take your time, write down what He shows you, and prepare your heart—we will soon take steps together to close these doors in the next section.

May the peace of Christ guard your heart and home as we walk this journey in faith.

DOOR 1: OCCULT

Some people might want to skip this part, thinking, “I’m not involved in the occult.” But it’s important to ask God to show you if there are any doors open in your life or family—even ones you don’t know about.

Has anyone in your family opened a door to occult practices? Sometimes this happens through ancestors involved in groups like Freemasonry, Eastern Star, Shriners, or Rainbow Girls.

The occult appears in different forms:

  • Witchcraft includes manipulation, control, rebellion, drug abuse, hypnosis, levitation, acupuncture, mind control, and similar things (1 Samuel 15:23).

  • Divination includes astrology, crystal balls, tarot cards, palm reading, horoscopes, psychics, spirit guides, astral projection, and related activities.

  • Sorcery involves material objects like crystals, lucky charms, amulets, birthstones, zodiac symbols, and some music or clothing (Revelation 9:21).

  • False religions such as New Age, Mormonism, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Christian Science, Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, and others can also open doors to spiritual problems.

Ask God to reveal if any of these doors are open in your home or family history.

DOOR 2: HIDDEN

The Bible says the devil prowls around looking for someone to devour (1 Peter 5:8). This means he looks for hidden openings to get into our lives.

Fear is a spirit (2 Timothy 1:7) and often leads to other spiritual problems.

Hidden doors might include:

  • Watching scary movies or anything that causes fear or anxiety.

  • Listening to music with lyrics that promote fear or negative thoughts.

  • Keeping books or materials that promote fear or ungodly ideas, even if unread.

  • Being part of conversations focused on fear or negative spirits, even without speaking.

  • Sexual sin or immorality, including pornography or emotional affairs, which create spiritual connections.

  • Possessing items that may carry curses or have dark origins.

  • Items in children’s rooms promoting witchcraft or occult ideas, even if they seem innocent (like certain movies or books).

DOOR 3: UNKNOWN

Sometimes God reveals doors you weren’t expecting. Freedom comes from Him—not from any particular method.

Examples I’ve seen:

  • Starting a job God warned against and experiencing problems.

  • Jewelry or objects with spiritual attachments.

  • Items like mugs, posters, or souvenirs that feel spiritually harmful.

Be open to what God shows you personally.

SLAMMING DOORS

We aren’t just closing doors; we’re slamming them shut against the enemy’s attacks. God has given you authority and power over the enemy. You can stand firm and take your home back in Jesus’ Name.

NEXT STEPS

1. Identify the Door(s):
Walk through your home with family or a trusted friend. Ask God to reveal anything in your home that doesn’t belong. Remove anything that feels wrong.

2. Close the Door(s):
Remove and burn any objects that don’t belong. Don’t throw them away or give them to others—they can pass on the problem.

3. Prayer(s):
Pray boldly over the room. Here’s a prayer to use or adapt:

“In Jesus’ Name, I command every spirit of fear and torment to leave this place. I close every door opened to these spirits. I have no need of you here. I bind you and send you away, never to return. Father God, I welcome Your peace and presence into this home.”

Wait for God’s peace. If it doesn’t come, repeat the process.

4. Blessing(s):
Repeat in every room and throughout your property. Then declare God’s promises over your home and family.

Example blessing:

“Thank You, God, for freedom and Your truth. I welcome Your blessings over my family and home. I declare Your Word over us:

‘Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord…’ (Jeremiah 17:7-8)
‘The Lord bless you and keep you…’ (Numbers 6:24-26)
‘For I know the plans I have for you…’ (Jeremiah 29:11)
‘And my God will supply every need…’ (Philippians 4:19)

I receive these blessings in Jesus’ Name.”

Simple Prayer to Close Doors and Declare Freedom

“In the Name of Jesus, I take authority over every open door to the enemy in my life and home.
I command every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression to leave now.
I close every door and break every chain that has given the enemy access.
I declare peace, protection, and God’s presence fill this home and family.
I stand firm in the power and love God has given me.
Thank You, Father, for Your freedom and blessings.
I receive Your promises and walk in Your light.
Amen.”

A Prayer from the Founder

“God, I thank you that you are our protector. You go before us and you are our rear guard. You are also a patient God who loves us. Thank you for your daughter reading this and for their hearts to pursue you. The enemy is tormenting them right now, which I know you are not happy about. I’m not happy either. You have given us the power and authority to tell the enemy to leave. IN JESUS NAME, I take authority over  every lying spirit that may try to speak right now. Only the Lord Jesus Christ is allowed to speak to them as they seek God in the above endeavors. God, I know you will reveal your truth to them because you are the truth. I release boldness, faith, peace, and love that casts out all fear into them now. Thank you, Jesus.”
